1/2 cup: |
raisins |

sunflower seeds - raw |

enough to soak above ingredients: |
water - purified or filtered |

Soak almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins & dates 6 hours (soak each separatly). Drain water but save raisin (&/or dates) soak water in a cup, then add raw carob powder, vanilla extract, and 1/4 c. raisin soak water. Put nuts, seeds, dates and raisins in a food processor and process until thoroughly blended. Press in dish.
