Break up cleaned mustard, kale, spinach...any dark greens into a salad bowl or plate, plus head lettuce depending on the servings amount. Add diced red bell peppers (or other peppers for a spice), diced pineapple and then pour some fresh salsa onto the greens plus a squeeze of lemon. Then drizzle Nama Shoyu plus Olive Oil onto the salad, sprinkling Mexican Seasoning over the greens, plus slices of avocado.
