Agi's RAW FOOD PREPARATION AND HERBAL HEALING CLASSES TUESDAY EVENING CLASSES If you would like to attend these classes please let us know by 5 pm on Tuesday. There is still room to sign up. To help you learn more about raw, living foods, we will have a 15 minutes raw food preparation at the beginning of each class. Please be on time, we have a lot to cover.
Time: 6:45 pm - 9 pm.
Cost: $ 6.25/class/person. Sign up for 4 classes ($ 25.00) and get the 5th for FREE!

March 16th: The basics of sprouting by Agi Habeller, Master Herbalist. Tonight we'll discuss the proper way of seed storing, soaking, rinsing, draining, and greening.Raw Food Preparation: Sprouted Breads and Crackers. March 23rd: Food storage for long term survival and how to use it by Agi Habeller. In tonight's class we will learn the proper way of storing food, both in the refrigerator and for long term survival. We will also discuss how to store spices and medicinal herbs. Raw Food Preparation: Chocolate Cake. March 30th Infectious diseases and your family. Learn what herbs and foods to keep on hand in the event of an infectious disease outbreak. Prevention strategies, herbal therapies, steam inhalation, as well as the lost art of mustard plasters and castor oil fomentation will be discussed. Raw Food Preparation: Nut Loaf and Creamy Cauliflower (in place of mashed potato). |
